烹饪工艺示范教学中的心理学问题

摘要 烹饪工艺示范教学的特点决定了烹饪专业学生在其教学中存在模仿、求知、创新的典型心理 ,因此教师必须有针对性地培养学生的学习兴趣 ,激发他们的学习动机 。 In the process of learning the students in culinary field have many typical states of mind, such as imitation, seeking knowledge and innovation, which are decided by the characteristics of cuisine demonstration teaching. Therefore, in accordance with these characteristics, as the students' teachers, they should develop their learning interest, stimulate their learning motives and concentrate their attention on learning.
