活化血小板表面颗粒膜蛋白分子数的测定 被引量:1

摘要 用单克隆抗体和放射免疫法测定了14例正常人静止型和ADP—活化型血小板表面颗粒蛋白(GMP—140)分子数,结果表明,血小板活化后GMP叫40分子数明显增高。 By using 125I-SZ51,a monoclonal antibody specific for human platelet GMP-140, and radioimmunoassay, the molecular numbers of GMP-140 on the surfaces of resting and ADP-activated platelets from fourteen normal human subjects was measured. The results showed that the molecular number of GMP-140 was significantly increased after the platelets were activated. It was suggested that the method described may be useful to assess the degree of platelet acivation.
