流式细胞术检测活化血小板及其在Ⅱ型糖尿病中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究Ⅱ型糖尿病患者活化血小板与正常人群的差异性.方法应用流式细胞仪检测CD62P,用以反应血小板活化情况.结果Ⅱ型糖尿病患者外周血小板活化率明显高于正常对照组.结论检测活化血小板可用于探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病微血管病变的发病机制,预测微血管病变发生的可能性. ObjectiveStudy difference of living blood platelet of patients with Ⅱ type diabetes and normal crowd.MethodsApplying flow cell instruments to examine CD62P in order to react situation of living blood platelet.ResultsLiving rate of outside blood platelet of Ⅱ type diabetes patients is higher than that of normal control group.ConclusionExamining living blood platelet can use to explore pathology mechanism of Ⅱ type diabetes patient tiny blood vessels pathology, forecast pathology possibility of tiny blood vessels.
