摘要 用氧化物方法制备了缺铁配方的YIG,发现随配方中Fe2O3含量的减少,YIG的电阻率增大,介电损耗和高频软磁损耗减小,截止频率增大。在本实验条件下配方中缺铁3.0%时样品为正分,其饱和磁化强度和复数磁导率的实部最大。 The YIG with Fe3+-short composition is prepared by oxide process. With decreasing the content of Fe_2O_3 in the compositon, the resistivity of YIG increases, the dielectric loss and magnetic loss decrease and cut-off frequency increases. In this experiment, the stoichiometric YIG could be prepared when the content of Fe2O3 is decreased by 3.0%, and the highest saturation magnetization and real part of complex permeability are obtained in the samples.
