摘要
利用有限元方法对局部管道、磁化结构及外围部分空气进行三维实体建模,通过有限元求解计算,得到了单磁化单元模型和多磁化单元模型在管壁存在圆柱形缺陷时的磁场分布情况,并提取磁场强度H、磁感应强度B等参量进行对比,分析了各磁化单元间的相互影响,分析结果为漏磁技术应用于管道外壁检测提供理论依据。
The 3D models of partial pipe, magnetization structure and part of outer air are built using the finite element method. The distribution of magnetic field under single & multi - magnetization units is displayed by the finite element analysis when the pipe contains columniform defect. Then the parameters such as H and B are collected and contrasted, and the influence between each magnetization unit is analyzed. The results will provide necessary basis in theory to the MFL used in the testing of pipe defect.
