分光光度计法测定石榴石铁氧体中铋离子含量

Content Determination of Bi^(3+) in Yttrium Iron Garnet by Spectrophotometry

摘要 利用碘化钾分光光度法测定Bi的标准曲线,并用以分析溶胶-凝胶法制备得到Bi_(0.7)Y_(2.0)Ca_(0.3)Zr_(0.3)Fe_(4.7)O_(12)石榴石纳米颗粒的Bi^(3+)含量.实验表明,当钇铁石榴石样品的煅烧温度越高时,Bi^(3+)的损失量越大.当煅烧温度为700℃以下时,Bi^(3+)损失量在3%以内,当煅烧温度分别为800、900℃和1 000℃时,Bi^(3+)的损失量为4.53%,9.74%和17.73%.Bi^(3+)的损失量与煅烧温度满足高斯变化规律,该结果可为石榴石铁氧体中Bi^(3+)含量提供依据. In this paper,we chose the way of potassium iodide spectrophotometry to measure Bi standard curve,and analyze Bi^3+ content in Bi0.7Y2.0Ca0.3 Zr0.3 Fe4.7O12 garnet nanoparticles prepared by the sol-gel method.The results showed that when the calcining temperature of yttrium iron garnet was higher,the loss of Bi^3+ was larger.When calcining temperature was below 700 °C,the loss of Bi^3+ was within 3%.When the calcination temperatures were 800℃,900℃ and 1 000,the loss of Bi^3+ was 4.53%,9.74% and 17.73%,respectively.The loss of Bi Bi^3+ with calcination temperature was in accordance with gaussian variation law,which provided the basis to forecast Bi^3+ content in yttrium iron garnet.
