同种抗鼠疟iRNA体外传递白细胞粘附抑制反应 被引量:1

摘要 作者取约氏疟原虫感染的小鼠脾脏,用热酚法制备同种抗鼠疟iRNA.在~3H-Leu标记的白细胞粘附抑制试验中,当存在约氏疟原虫抗原时,iRNA温育的BALB/c小鼠脾细胞的粘附抑制指数(AI)为20.1±2.2,显著高于空白组(AI=10.1±1.5,P<0.01);由正常小鼠淋巴组织提取的RNA无此效应(AI=3.1±1.4,P>0.05).实验结果表明,同种抗鼠疟iRNA能在体外传递疟原虫抗原相关的细胞免疫反应。 Allogeneic and-malaria immune RNA (iRNA) was extracted by hot phenol procedure from the spleens of mice infected with Plasmodium yoelii. By the assay of 3H-leucine labelled leucocyte adherence inhibition (LAI), it was observed that allogeneic iRNA, but not normal RNA derived from uninfected mice, significantly inhibited the adherence of splenic cells of BALB/c mice (P<0.01) in the existence of P. yoelii antigen. The result suggested that allogeneic iRNA was able to transfer cellular immunity to rodent malaria in vitro.
