摘要
作者从约氏疟原虫(Plasmodium yoelii)抗原免疫的豚鼠淋巴组织中,提取异种抗鼠疟免疫核糖核酸(iRNA),用ELISA检测iRNA致敏BALB/c小鼠体内抗体生成的动态反应,A_(490nm)≥0.15为阳性标准.结果表明,iRNA注射剂量≥500μg的小鼠均可产生抗约氏疟原虫抗体,在注射iRNA后第1日即可测出(A_(490nm)=0.17±0.04),第5日达高峰(A_(490nm)=0.35±0.07).同时注射界限量约氏疟原虫抗原对iRNA体内诱生抗体的效应无明显增强作用(P>0.05).注射了常RNA和生理盐水的对照组小鼠未测出抗疟原虫抗体.
Xenogeneic anti - malaria immune RNA (iRNA ) was cxtrated from guinea pigs immunized with Plasmodium yoelii . Synthesis of and - P . yoelii antibody in mice injected with iRNA was determined by F.LISA , the positive standard being A490(?)≥0.15. The results showed that all mice injected with iRNA(≥500 μg )produced anti - P . yoelii antibody . It was monitored to be A490nm =0.17 ±0.04 on the first day and reached the peak on the fifth day (A190nm =0.35 ±0.07 ) after injection of iRNA . Whereas injection of 200 μg of P . yoelii antigen at the same time had no enhancing effect of in vivo inducement of antibody in mice by iRNA ( P>0.05 ). Anti - P . yoelii antibody was not measured either in the mice injected with normal RNA or in the mice with saline .
