摘要
目的:从分泌抗狂犬病毒糖蛋白单克隆抗体(IgM)杂交瘤细胞中提取核糖核酸,研究其抗狂犬病毒的作用。方法:腹腔注射该种核糖核酸4w后用狂犬病毒CVS株进行颅腔攻击。结果:该核糖核酸能明显延长动物的生存时间。结论:该核糖核酸对狂犬病毒且有一定的抵抗作用。
Objective: TO Study the possibility of RNA extracted from hybridoma cell as RNA and the relation between this RNA and tranditional RNA. Methods: Extracting RNA from the hybridoma cell which secrets monoclonal antibody(IgM)against the G-Protein of Tabies virusand injecting these RNA into cranial cavity in four weeks.Results: The RNA eextracted from hybridoma cell could delay the dying of force Obviously. Conclusion: The RNA extracted from hybridoma cell had the same function as the traditional immune RNA,wihch could Provided a newnethod to study the mechanism of immune RNA.
