摘要
作者选用雄性Wistar大鼠70只,以落体撞击致左顶脑挫裂伤,采用化学法提取,用荧光分光法测定大鼠脑损伤后6,24,48,72和168 h(各时间组n=10)脑皮质及血清中去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量.实验结果表明,脑损伤后6 h,伤侧脑皮质中NA含量升高已很明显,为对照值的2.9倍;伤后24h上升达高峰,为3.710±0.295μg/g脑皮质,是对照值的3.9倍.血清中NA含量变化与脑皮质基本相一致.研究结果提示,脑损伤时脑皮质和血清中NA含量升高与神经细胞损害密切相关,是引起继发性脑损害的重要因素之一.
The cerebral contusion was produced by a dropping weight method in 70 Wistar rats. The contents of noradrenaline (NA) in brain cortex and serum were measured by fluorescent technique in the survival groups of 6, 24, 48, 72 and 168 h (n=10, each group) respectively. The results showed that the content of NA in brain cortex increased significantly 6 h after brain injury , which was 2.9 times that of control value (2.735±0.740 μg/g, P<0.01), reached its peak in 24 h ( 3.710±0.295 μg/g), which was 3.9 times that of control value. The alteration of NA in brain cortex and serum might be important factors in neuronal dysfunction and secondary brain lesion.
