摘要
心钠素是一种主要产生和分泌于心房的多肽类激素,具有利钠、利尿,扩张血管和降低血压的作用。作者报道了采用放射免疫方法测定15例体外循环(CPB)心内直视手术病人血浆心钠素含量的变化。结果提示:(1) 15例先天性心脏病人血浆心钠素含量明显高于正常人;(2) CPB开始前心钠素含量增加;(3) CPB期间病人血浆心钠素含量维持在高水平;(4) CPB术后2天病人血浆心钠素含量恢复至正常水平。
Cardionatrin is a polypeptide hormone produced and secreted for the most part in the atrium. It exerts natriuretic, diuretic, vasodilative, and hypotensive effects. The authors report the changes in plasma cardionatrin concentration by radioimmune assay in 15 patients having open heart surgery utilizing cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). The results of the study showed: 1) the concentration of plasma cardionatrin in 15 patients with congenital heart disease was significantly higher than normal; 2) the concentration of plasma cardionatrin increased in the surgical patients before the start of CPB surgery; 3) during CPB the concentration of cardionatrin remained at high levels; and 4) the concentration of plasma cardionatrin returned to normal levels two days after operation.
