摘要
目的 了解汽车兵在高原条件下的心理健康状况及相关因素 ,为部队心理卫生保健提供依据。方法 采用艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)、症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )、社会支持评定量表 (SSRS)、焦虑自评量表 (SAS)、抑郁自评量表 (SDS)和生活事件量表 (LES)对高原汽车兵进行个性测定和心理卫生状况调查。结果 高原汽车兵EPQ E分低于全军常模 ,EPQ N、EPQ P分高于全军常模(P <0 .0 1 ) ,EPQ L无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。大多数SCL 90因子分高于全军常模及普通高原军人 (P <0 .0 1～ 0 .0 5)。高原汽车兵的心理健康水平与EPQ N、EPQ P分及生活事件成正相关 ,与EPQ E、EPQ L及社会支持成负相关。多元回归分析表明 ,EPQ的N、P因子、负性事件、主观支持、军龄和社会支持总分等因素是影响高原汽车兵心理健康的几个重要因素。结论 高原汽车兵存在较多的心理问题 ,可能与其居住环境、工作性质及个性特征。
s:Objective To investigate the mental health and related factors of transport corps on plateau for the better psychological health support . Methods The personality of 156 transport corps was measured by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) \ Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL 90),self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS), Life Event Scale (LES) social Support Rate Scale (SSRS) and to compare with normal troops . Results EPQ N PQ P and most of SCL 90 factor scores were higher in transport corps than normals and those garrison on highland (P<0.01～0.05) . EPQ N,EPQ P,negative life events,subjective social support,length of service total social support were the most important factors which influence the mental health of transport corps . Conclusions There were serious psychological troubles in transport corps and the levels of mental health were influenced by many factors.
