摘要
作者对185例(200只眼)白内障患者术前进行了视电生理检查,并与临床预测法进行了比较分析,结果显示,在临床预测好的A组(152只眼)两种方法无差异。临床预测不良的B组(48只眼),视电预测相符率为85.42%,临床预测相符率为35.42%(P<0.01),200只眼的总相符率,视电生理法为94.0%。临床预测法为81.0%(P<0.01)。提示视电生理检查对白内障患者的视功能预测有更重要的价值。EOG,ERG,VEP反映视系统不同平面的功能,故多项联测(尤其是VEP和ERG)对减少假阳性和假阴性,提高预测准确性是必要的。
185 cases (200 eyes) of cataract were examined by visual eleclrophysiological testing before the operation, and the testing was compared with the usual clinical method. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods in group A (152 eyes) in which prediction by the clinical method was better. But in group B (48 eyes), in which prediction by the clinical method was worse there was a significant difference between the two methods and the right rate of prediction was 8542% by visual eleclrophysiological testing and 3542% by usual clinical examination (P<0-01). The total corresponding rate in 200 eyes was 94-0% by visual electrophysiological testing and 81-0% by clinical method (P<0.01). This indicates that the visual electrophysiologjcal testing is more useful in prediction of the visual function in cataract cases. EOG, ERG and VEP reflect the function of different levels of the visual system. Therefore multiple testing (especially VEP and ERG) is necessary for reducing false positive and false negative and increasing the accuracy of prediction.
