Applied research of clinical visual electrophysiological testing in assessment of visual function

摘要 目的 :探讨临床视觉电生理学检查技术在视觉功能评定中的作用及其在航空临床医学中的意义。方法 :对1987年至 1999年间所有接受视觉电生理检查 (ERG、EOG、VEP)的病例资料进行回顾性分析 ,以临床第一诊断为依据进行统计。结果 :共有 37,2 10例患者接受了检查 ,年龄分布在 1.5个月至 87岁之间 ,男女比例为 1.6 9∶1。各种病例的年龄构成与临床疾病的分布情况相似。疾病构成表明白内障、视觉功能障碍待查、青光眼、视神经疾病、眼外伤及视网膜脱离病例占总数的 70 .9%。病例构成特点反映了视觉电生理学检查在临床上的作用以及对其需求情况。电生理检查结果主要表现为峰辐值降低和峰潜时的延长。结论 :视觉电生理学检查技术能够客观反映视觉系统的功能情况 ,适合应用于临床诊断、术前预测、疗效观察和医学鉴定 。 Objective:To investigate the use of electrophysiological testing procedures in visual diagnosis in an aerospace medicine clinic.Methods:All 37,210 cases were examined by traditional visual electrophysiological methods(ERG,EOG,VEP) between 1987 and 1999 and were reviewed on the basis of the original diagnosis in the clinic.Results:Patients' ages ranged from 1.5 months to 87 years of age. The ratio of male to female cases was 1.69∶1,which is similar to the overall patient base ratio. Cataract,unexplained visual loss,glaucoma,optic nerve disease,ocular trauma,and retinal detachment accounted for 70.9% of the cases in the eye clinic,which was similar to the percentage examined electrophysiologically.Conclusion:Visual electrophysiologcal testing techniques can reflect the objective function of the visual system. They are helpful in clinical diagnosis and in predicting post surgical visual function. Visual electophysiological procedures should be used widely in aviation clinical medicine evaluataions.
