摘要
本文报告家兔凝固汽油严重烧伤(30％、Ⅲ°)后心肌的病理组织学和超微结构变化,其主要的变化为心肌的变性、坏死、增生及间质水肿,并呈一动态性变化,可分为变性坏死期和损伤修复期二个阶段,文中对上述病变的发生机理进行了讨论。
The histopathological and ultrastructural changes after 30% TBSA full thickness burns due to napalm were observed in 66 rabbits.The main pathological changes were degeneration,necrosis,and proliferation of the myocardial cells and interstitial edema of the myocardium.The dynamic course of the changes could be divided into two stages,the stage of degeneration and necrosis and the stage of repair.Their mechanisms were discussed.
