摘要
警检关系是刑事审判前程序中的重要内容，正确处理警检关系，对于国家追诉权的有效行使及侦查阶段犯罪嫌疑人的人权保护有重要意义。本文在考察我国警检关系现状的基础上，指出其问题所在，并提出完善我国警检关系的构想。
The police and procurator relationship is emphasis content in the pretriod of criminal justice Dealing with it correctly has great signification to the state抯 right to proseaute perform effectly and the protection of human rights for criminal suspect in investigative stage. This paper provides an idea of perfecting it on the present situation.
