45起微生物性食物中毒检测方法的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的〕1985年— 2 0 0 1年对浙东沿海地区发生的 4 5起微生物性食物中毒检测方法和效果进行了研究和评价。其关键举措是结合食物中毒流行特征与病人临床表现 ,直接筛选优势菌。〔方法〕将各类食物中毒样本作直接涂片染色镜检。筛选出优势菌 (同一种细菌或霉菌的形态、染色、动力占整个视野的半数以上 ) ,直接划种选择性培养基。〔结果〕4 5起检出病原菌 4 0起 ,检出率为 88.89%。筛选出的 37起优势菌经培养后检出 37起 ,检出率达 10 0 %。〔结论〕研究结果 ,应用该方法缩短检测时间 ,检出率高 ,同时节省材料 ,减轻了工作强度。 Study and evaluation of determined method and effieieney in 45bount microorganism's food poisoning occured in coastal area of earthen Zhejiang in 1985-2001,The key method was screening immediately primary bacteria , according to the epidemiological character and patient's presentation. Samples of food poisoning seared and examined immediately by microscopy.( Bacterium or mold of the same shape dyeing and motive power was more than half on all field of microscopes. )Screening primary bacteria were cultured selectively.of 45 bount,40 have examined causal bacteria ,The checked rate was 88.89%.The primary bacteria rate was of 100%.[Conclusions] The result showed shortening check time ,increasing check rate, and saving materials lightening work strength
