摘要
用光学导纳特征矩阵方法研究了光波在一维光子晶体中的传播,分析了光子禁带的特点及其与一维光子晶体结构的关系,指出了增宽光子禁带的几种可行的方法。
The propagation of light in onedimensional photonic crystal was studied by characteristic matrix method of optical conductance.The character of photonic forbidden bands and the relation of character with the structure of onedimensional photonic crystal have been analyzed.The feasible ways of widening the width of photonic forbidden band were pointed out.
