摘要
利用一维光子晶体反射率公式,绘出了一维光子晶体横电波(TE)波和横磁波(TM)波的禁带随入射角和波长变化的三维立体图,并从俯视、主视、右视三个侧面,全面、立体地研究了一维光子晶体禁带结构的全貌特征,为设计一维光子晶体的全能反射器和大角度范围的起偏器提供了理论依据。
The variations of forbidden band of TE and TM waves with incident angle and wavelength in onedimensional photonic crystal are three-dimensionally plotted by using the refractivity formula,respectively.The complete picture of the forbidden band is studied by top view,front view and right side view.The study is useful for designing omnidirectional reflector and polarizers of large angle scope.
