摘要
利用金属膜和介质膜组合的诱导透射滤光片具有高峰值透过率与宽截止区的特点,设计了在紫外区和红外区截止,在可见光区有指定要求透过率的电焊护目镜。并通过工艺研究,成功地研制出了无需胶合保护的电焊护目镜滤光片,且成功消除了长波旁通带和短波漏带的影响,各种物理性能稳定。并对制备工艺和实验结果进行了分析及讨论。
A design of induced transmission filter using metallic and dielectric coatings is introduced. The filter is characterized by its high transmission and wide cut-off band. The electric welding blinkers induced transmission filter is cut off in ultraviolet(UV) and infrared( IR), and have a definite transmissivity in visible light band. The electric welding blinkers induced transmission filter without glue protecting has been accomplished. It can eliminate the effect of long wave side transmissive band and shortwave leave out band, and have stable physical capability. The preparation technology and experimental results are dicussed and analyzed.
