摘要
目的 :探讨慢性外阴营养不良的发病与免疫功能的关系 ,观察中药治疗对慢性外阴营养不良患者T淋巴细胞亚群和体液免疫的影响。方法 :对 6 0例慢性外阴营养不良患者于治疗前作血清T细胞亚群 (CD3、CD4 、CD8)、免疫球蛋白 (IgG、IgA、IgM)及补体 (C3、C4 )测定 ,与 5 0例健康人的测定值进行对照比较 ,同时进行观察组治疗前后上述指标的比较。结果 :治疗前与对照组比较CD3、CD4 明显升高 ,CD8明显降低 ,CD4 /CD8明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ;IgG明显升高 ,补体C3明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ;治疗后与治疗前比较CD4 明显下降 ,CD8明显升高 ,升高的CD4 + /CD8+ 比值趋于正常 ,IgG明显下降、补体C3明显升高 (P<0 0 1)。结论 :慢性外阴营养不良的发生与机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫关系密切 ,中药治疗可能起到调节慢性外阴营养不良患者免疫功能的作用。
Objectives:To study changes about subsets of T cell and humoral immunity in CVD's treatment with medicinal herbs.Methods:60 patients with the herbs,to detect the patients' subsets of T cell (CD3?CD4?CD8),Ig(G?A?M)and alexin(C3?C4)before and after treatment,other 50 people are healthy contrasted with.Results:before treatment,patients'CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 and IgG have gone up;CD8,alexin C3 have fallen away ( P <0 01) compare with healthy people. After trcatment,CD4 and IgG have fallen away.CD4 +/CD8 + has become normal;CD8,alexin C3 have gone up ( P <0 01). It seems to show that the herbs could adjust immune function among the patients of CVD.
