低温保存对人体皮肤表皮LC游走功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨低温保存皮肤抗原性下降的原因。方法 :冻存皮肤经体外培养和在体异种移植实验后 ,用ATP酶染色方法测定皮肤表皮LC密度 ,以新鲜皮肤为对照。结果 :经体外培养和在体移植实验后冻存皮肤表皮LC密度均高于正常对照组。结论 :冻存皮肤表皮LC游走功能减弱是低温保存皮肤抗原性下降的原因之一。 Objective:[WT5BZ]To explore the reason for antigenicity decrease of cryopreserved human split-thickness skin.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]Epidermal LC density of cryopreserved human split-thickness skin sample had been examined by ATPase dye method after in vitro skin organ culture and in vivo skin xenograft.Fresh skin was as control.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]Epidermal LC density of cryopreserved skin in vitro culture or in vivo skin graft was much higher than that of control group.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]It is suggested that the LC migration decreased play an important role in antigenicity decrease of cryopreserved skin. [WT5HZ]
