摘要
目的 评价国产控释剂型的硝苯地平 (欣然 )治疗高血压并左心室肥厚的临床疗效。方法 6 0例高血压病并左室肥厚患者随机分为两组 ,欣然组 (国产硝苯地平控释片 )和拜新同 (德国产硝苯地平控释片 )组各 30例 ,30mg/d口服 ,治疗 3个月 ,观察降压疗效和左室肥厚的变化。 结果 ①欣然组降压总有效率 90 % ,拜新同组总有效率 96 6 % ,两组疗效比较差异无显著性 ,P >0 0 5。②两组治疗后左室内径、舒张期室间隔厚度和左室壁厚度均缩小 ,左室重量减少 ,左室射血分数提高 ,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,两组各项指标变化差值比较无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 欣然能有效治疗高血压 。
Objective To estimate the clinical effect of nifedipine (Product name,Xinran) in treating hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods Sixty hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy were randomly divided into Xinran(Chinese product) treatment group(30 cases) and Adalat GITS(nifedipine,controlled product of German) treatment group(30 cases).The daily dose of both drugs was 30 mg,both drugs were orally given once daily.The treatment lasted for 3 months.The effects of both drugs in antihypertension and reversion of left ventricular hypertrophy were observed after the treatment.Results ① There was no significant difference in the total effective rate in antihypertension between the Xinran group(90%) and the Adalat GITS group( 96.6 %,P> 0.05 ). ② After 3 months treatment with both drugs,the LVDd,IVST,LVPWTd,LVM and LVEF were improved significantly compared with pre treatment(P< 0.05 ).No significant difference was found in the effect on reversion of left ventricular hypertrophy between the two groups(P> 0.05 ).Conclusion Xinran can effectively control the hypertension and reverse the left ventricular hypertrophy.
