摘要
目的探讨进口与国产硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压的临床效果。方法将2011年1月-2013年1月本院收治的80例高血压患者，根据用药方法分为对照组与观察组，每组各40例，对照组给予进口硝苯地平控释片治疗，观察组给予国产硝苯地平控释片治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及患者治疗前后收缩压与舒张压水平的变化。结果对照组患者的总有有效率为97．5％，与观察组的95．0％比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组患者治疗后收缩压和舒张压均降低，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组与对照组血压降低差值间比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论国产与进口硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压的临床效果无差异。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of import and domestic nifedipine controlled release tablets treating high blood pressure. Methods 80 cases of patients with high blood pressure were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the preparation method,40 cases in each group,the control group was given imported Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets treated,the observation group was given domestic Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets treated,the clinical curative effect and the level changes of systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate was 97.5% in control group patients,compared with 95.0% of the observation group, there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05）.The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were lower in two groups after treatment, compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The lower blood pressure difference between the observation group and control group, and there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Domestic and imported nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of high blood pressure effect is no difference.
