摘要
目的:观察欣然联合天麻钩藤饮治疗重度高血压的疗效。方法:治疗组36例用欣然联合天麻钩藤饮治疗,对照组32例只用欣然治疗,疗程均为2个月。结果:治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为97.22%、81.25%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组头晕、头痛、失眠的改善也优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:欣然联合天麻钩藤饮治疗重度高血压疗效较好。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on grave hypertension treated by Xin Ran combined with Gastrodia Rhizome and Rhynehophylla Decoction. Method ： 36 eases were treated with Xin Ran combined with Gastrodia Rhizome and Rhynehophylla Decoction as the study group while 32 eases were only treated with Xin Ran as the control group. The course of treatment is 2 months. Result ： The total effective rate of the study group and the control group is 97.22 % and 81.25 % separately, The therapeutic effect of the study group is better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.0 5 ） and the improvement of dizziness, headache and insomnia of the study group is also better than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Xin Ran combined with Gastrodia Rhizome and Rhynehophylla Decoction has good therapeutic effect in treating grave hypertension.
