摘要
目的 总结 10kg以下婴幼儿室间隔缺损 (VSD)的外科治疗经验。方法 1996年 9月～ 2 0 0 2年 2月手术治疗 15 7例体重 3.0～ 10kg ,(7.6± 1.6 )kg的VSD患儿。全组中 12 6例在心脏跳动中行VSD修补 ,31例在停跳下完成 ,直接缝合 4 1例 ,补片修补 116例。 4 8例合并畸形均同期矫治。结果 全组手术死亡 4例 (2 .6 %)。随访 15 3例除 2例有少量残余分流外 ,无其它并发症发生。结论 体重低于 10kg的VSD患儿亦能安全手术 。
Objective To review the experience of surgical treatment of ventricular septal defect(VSD) in infants weighed 10kg or less. Methods A total of 157 infants was operated on VSD from Sep.1996 to Feb.2002. Of them,126 cases operated on cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) with heart beating and 31cases treated on CPB with heart arrested. 41cases were repaired with direct stich closure and 116 case with patch closure. Other cardiac malformations were corrected in 48 cases. Result The operative mortality was 2.6%(4/157). During followed up, no complication occurred except that two patients had minimize residual shunting. Conclusion Infants weighed less 10kg with VSD can be safely treated. Proper perioperative care is the most important measures to reduce the post operative mortality.
