摘要
目的:评价小儿室间隔缺损在心脏跳动下修补的可行性和安全性。方法:40例室缺,1～6岁,在心脏跳动下修补,观察手术效果等情况。结果:40例手术顺利,无气栓等并发症,均痊愈出院。结论:小儿室间隔缺损在心脏跳动下修补术具有良好的手术效果,采取适当的措施能确保手术的安全性。
Objective : To evaluate the feasibility and safety of opening heart to repair defect with beating heart in child aged 1-6 years old. Methods:40 cases ventricular septal defect and under 6years old were operated under the circumstances of heart beating. Results: All cases were cured successfully without complications. Conclusion: Ventricular septal repair in young children could be finished under the circumstaces of heart beating with much better operative outcome. Further more, the operative safety could be ensured with simple and easy measures.
