摘要
目的总结婴儿室间隔缺损 (VSD)手术治疗及术后处理的经验。方法低温体外循环下行 VSD修补术。术中发现 6 0 (6 3.2 % )例合并其他畸形 ,予以同期矫治 ,直接缝合 VSD 74例 (77.9% ) ,补片修补 2 1例 (2 2 .1% ) ,除 7例用涤纶片或毡片外均用新鲜自体心包片修补。结果全组术后并发症发生率 18.9% ,30天内死亡 6例 (6 .3% )。随访 89例 ,除 3例 (3.2 % )有少量残余分流外 ,无其他并发症。结论 VSD有症状者早诊断、早手术效果满意 ;无症状者可观察到 1岁左右 ,体重 6
Objective To review the experience of the operation and postoperative treatment of 95 infants with ventricular septal defect (VSD).Methods VSD repairment was performed under hypothermic extracorporeal circulation.During the operation,60 cases (63.2%),complicated with other malformations,were repaired simultaneously.74 (77.9%) cases were repaired with direct suture closure and 21 (22.1%) with patch closure.Fresh autopericardium was used as the patch in all the patients except for 7 who used dacron as the patch.Results Incidence of complication in the whole group was 18.9%,and 6 (6.3%) died within 30 days.Follow up visits of 89 cases showed that only 3 cases had a little residual shunting as complication.Conclusion Symptomatic VSD should be diagnosed and operated on as early as possible,while asymptomatic VSD should be followed up until the baby grows into about 1 year old with body weight of more than 6 kg before operation may be performed so as to avoid possible risks.
