摘要
目的 综述近年来国内外有关周围神经端侧吻合研究的方法 ,对端侧吻合中遇到的困难进行分析。 方法 通过查阅近年国内外相关文献 ,并对当前应用较多的实验模型、检测指标及临床应用进行整理、综合和分析。 结果 端侧吻合作为一种新的修复周围神经缺损的方法 ,目前因所采用方法的原因 ,结果尚不一致 ;临床应用病例尚少 ,缺乏大量的病例总结 ,缺乏对其质量改善方面的评价指标。 结论 周围神经端侧吻合具有不可替代的优越性 ,有必要对其机制及质量改善作深入研究 ,其研究方法需进一步改进。
Objective To review the methods of end to side anastomosis in repair of peripheral nerve injury and to analyze the difficulty faced. Methods By index of recent literature, the kind of experimental model, observation criteria and the clinical data were collected and analyzed. Results For different methods of end to side anastomosis in repair of peripheral nerve defect, the clinical outcomes were reported differently. The clinical application was fewer. There was lack of case summary and assessment criteria. Conclusion The superiorty of end to side anastomosis made it necessary to further study the mechanism and improvement of quality.
