摘要
研究了微量亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化甲基红褪色反应及其动力学 ,建立了催化动力学光度法测定微量亚硝酸根的新方法 .检出限为 2× 1 0 - 8g mL ,表观摩尔吸光系数 1 .3× 1 0 6 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,线性范围为0 .0 7.0mg L .已用于化学试剂和榨菜等实际样品中微量NO2- 的测定 。
A catalytic kinetics photometric method for determination of nitrite has been developed.The method is based on the catalytic effect of nitrite ion on the oxidation reaction of methyl red by KBrO 3 leading to a decoloration of methyl red.The molar absorption coefficient is 1.3×10 6 L· mol -1 ·cm -1 .The range of detemination for NO 2 - is 0.0~7.0 mg/L.The detection limit of the method is 2.0×10 -8 g/mL .The method has been used to determine trace amounts of nitrite in chemical reagents and pickle vegetables with satisfactory results.
