摘要
目的 研究层粘连蛋白在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达特征及其与腺样囊性癌组织分化程度的关系。方法 用超敏S P免疫组化方法检测 2 1例涎腺腺样囊性癌层粘连蛋白的表达。结果 腺样囊性癌组织分型与层粘连蛋白的表达密切相关。
Objective To study relation of the expression of laminin to the degree of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the salivary gland.Methods The expression of laminin in 21cases was studied by immunohistochemically ultraseitive of S P method.Results The expression of laminin is relation to the different types of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the salivary gland.Conclusions laminin is considered to be an important indicator of adenoid cystic carcinoma cell types and differenciation.
