P73蛋白在大肠癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究P73在大肠癌中的表达与临床意义。方法:选取92例大肠癌组织标本,腺瘤10例,淋巴结转移灶34例,肝转移灶16例,癌旁正常组织10例,通过免疫组化PV-9000通用型二步法检测P73在上述标本中的表达,分析P73在原发灶,转移灶,癌旁正常组织中的表达情况,与大肠癌临床病理参数的关系。结果:P73在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为76%,在腺瘤中的阳性表达率为40%,癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率为10%,淋巴结转移灶阳性表达率为71%,肝转移灶阳性表达率为75%,P73在原发灶与腺瘤、正常大肠黏膜组织之间的表达差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。P73在大肠癌中的阳性表达率与结肠癌的Dukes分期及癌细胞的分化程度,淋巴结转移肝转移有关,而与肿瘤的大小、年龄、性别、组织分型、肿瘤部位、病理分型无关。结论:P73的高表达参与大肠癌的形成、发展、侵袭和转移有关。P73有可能作为大肠癌预后的肿瘤标志物。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of P73 in colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of P73 in 92 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissue, 10 cases of colorectal polypous adenoma tissues, 34 cases of lymph node metastasis, 16 cases of liver metastasis, and 10 cases of normal colorectal tissues were measured by PV immunohistochemical approach. Results The positive rates of P73 in colorectal carcinoma, polypous adenoma tissues, normal colorectal tissue, lymph node metastasis, and liver metastasis were 76%, 40%, 10%, 71%, and 75% respectively. There was significant difference of P73 between colorectal carcinoma and polypous adenoma tissues or normal colorectal tissues (P 〈 0.05). The expression of P73 was significantly correlated with Dukes' classification, differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and liver metastasis (P 〈 0.05), but was not related to sex, age, tumor size, tumor location, and differentiation (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions P73 is correlated with tumorgenesis, progression, invasion, and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma, and may be an index for predicting colorectal carcinoma prognosis.
