摘要
目的:研究腭裂修复术后松弛切口裸露疗法、填塞碘仿纱条法两种方法对腭裂患者的影响。方法:选择我科64例腭裂患者为研究对象,分为2组:A组,松弛切口直接暴露于口腔;B组,松弛切口内填塞碘仿纱条。观察术后创口出血、体温、创口愈合等临床指标,并进行统计学分析。结果:统计学分析证实A、B组在术后出血和伤口愈合方面无显著性差异,在术后体温变化方面差异有显著性。结论:腭裂修复术松弛切口裸露疗法与填塞碘仿纱条法比较具有相同的疗效,并且简单方便,值得推广。
Objective To study the different management of relation incision in palatoplasty. Methods 64 cases were divided into 2 groups： 35 patients using nothing in relation incision as group A, 29 patients using iodoform gauze as group B. The temperature, henosis and hemorrhape were observed and analyzed. Results There is no significant difference between the two groups beside the temperature. Conclusion Compared with another method, the relation incision without iodoform gauze is safe and simple.
