摘要
目的 :探讨胃肠道腺癌细胞核DNA含量与腺癌组织学分类、分级及其预后的关系。方法 :应用国产的CMIAS 真彩色医学图象分析系统 ,对 93例胃腺癌 ,6 3例肠腺癌癌细胞核进行DNA测定。结果 :腺癌细胞核的DNA含量相对倍体均量 (μ值 )与组织学分级有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 :胃肠道腺癌细胞DNA含量的变化 ,可作为反映肿瘤增殖能力的主要生物学指标。肿瘤的恶性程度与DNA含量密切相关。但粘液腺癌与粘液细胞癌有其特殊性 。
Objective:To evaluate the relationship between DNA content of adenocarcinoma nuclei of gastrointestinal tract and classification and grading in adenocarcinoma histology, and the prognosis.Methods:The nuclei DNA in 93 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and 63 cases of enteral adenocarcinoma were detected with Colour Medical Cell Image Analysis System (CMIAS) made in China.Results:The μ value of the adenocarcinoma nuclei DNA and the histological grading were statistically significant ( P <0 05). Most of the nuclei DNA in the special types of adenocarcinoma (mucinous adenocarcinoma and carcinoma mucocellulare) were doubleploid, and the μ value between them was not different significantly ( P >0 05).Conclusion:Changes of adenocarcinoma nucleus DNA content of gastrointestinal tract were main biologic indexes of tumor multiplication potentiality.
