摘要
通过化学成分、工艺参数对石墨漂浮缺陷的仿真图形分析,论述了球铁生产中各因素对石墨漂浮的影响作用及原因,这对消除石墨漂浮和提高球铁铸件质量具有积极作用。
Based on some simulation figures of chemical composition and technology parameters on graphite floatation in ductile iron, the effects of influence factors and reasons for graphite floatation were discussed. These figures play an important role in eliminating this defect and improving casting quality of ductile cast iron.
