摘要
通过对球墨铸铁(QT600-3)石墨组织的观察,分析大断面球墨铸件产生石墨畸变的机理,提出解决石墨畸变的具体措施,从而改善大断面球墨铸件的质量,提高产品的合格率。
The formation mechanism on graphite degeneration of heavy section ductile iron was analyzed by observing the microstructure of ductile iron (QT600-3), and the concrete measures of graphite degeneration were found out. Then the quality of ductile iron casting can be improved, and qualified rate of the product can be increased.
