摘要
针对球铁缺陷分析的实际问题 ,对球铁典型的 5种缺陷产生的影响因素进行了归纳总结。依据球铁生产过程中的工艺参数 ,采用神经元网络的方法 ,建立了球墨铸铁件缺陷分析的神经网络模型。借助PowerBuilder 6 0平台开发出了相应的应用软件 ,该软件可根据生产的工艺条件来预测缺陷的产生并提出防止措施 ,从而可有效地提高铸件的成品率。同时 ,也为其它类铸件缺陷的分析提供了可以借鉴的方法。
Aiming at practical situation of the analysis of defects in the nodular iron casting,main influence factors corresponding the five common typical defects of nodular iron casting are summarized.The neural network model for the diagnosis of nodular iron casting defects is set up by means of the method of neural network based on the technological parameters of production process.An applied software is developed basing on Power Builder 6 0.It can forecast emergent defects basing on production technological situation,put forward preventive methods and improve the finished product rate of the castings.Meanwhile,It also providers relevant method for predicting defects of other castings.
