摘要
用石英晶体微天平研究了温度为 2 5℃、相对湿度为 90 %条件下 ,NaCl和SO2 的协同效应对Zn初期大气腐蚀行为的影响 ;对该条件下Zn的初期大气腐蚀动力学进行了分析。结果表明 ,NaCl和SO2 的协同效应导致腐蚀加剧 ,腐蚀增量大于两者各自单独存在时引起的腐蚀。同时应用X射线衍射仪及Fourier变换红外光谱仪对Zn表面腐蚀产物进行了分析。探讨了Zn在NaCl和SO2 协同效应影响下的腐蚀机理。
The influence of NaCl and SO 2 on the initial atmospheric corrosion of Zn at 25 ℃ and 90%RH was investigated by means of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) . NaCl and SO 2 can obviously accelerate the initial corrosion of Zn respectively. The combined effect of NaCl and SO 2 on the corrosion of Zn is greater than that caused by each single component. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the corrosion products of Zn. A probable mechanism is presented to explain the experimental observations.
