摘要
Zn+5wt-%Al液态合金与固体铁板反应形成的金属间化合物层一般在2-4s之间生成和长大,微量稀土(0.05-0.2wt-%)的存在使得这一过程推迟到64-128s.研究了金属间化合物层的结构以及稀土的影响.Auger能谱深度分析表明稀土在熔液与固体Fe的界面上有偏析.稀土抑制了金属化合物层的形成与长大,改善了金属层的性能.
Effect of mischmetal on the reaction between iron panels and Zn+5wt-%Alliquid alloy during hot dipping at 450℃ was investigated. After about 2--4s interval, anintermetallic layer may form and grow, and it will be postponed to 64-128s if themischmetal added in liquid alloy bath. The structure of the intermetallic layer has been stu-died by SEM, EDX, XRD, EMPA and TEM. The AES record in depth analysis shows thatthe rare earth elements segregated at the interface between iron panel and liquidZn+5wt-% Al alloy. The effect of mischmetal addition was discussed.
