摘要
目的 :探讨复合性鼻骨骨折的临床表现及诊疗方法。方法 :对 80例复合性鼻骨骨折的临床资料进行分析 :鼻骨骨折伴上颌骨额突骨折 3 7例次、伴鼻中隔骨折 3 5例次、伴筛窦及眶内壁内折 11例次、伴额骨鼻突骨折 3例次、伴上颌骨LeFort骨折及鼻额筛眶复合体骨折各 2例次。所有病例均进行闭合式手法复位或开放式手术整复。结果 :一次整复满意者 71例 ,两次整复满意者 7例 ,整复结果不满意者 2例。结论 :鼻骨X线摄片及鼻部水平位CT扫描对诊断复合性鼻骨骨折十分重要 ;复合性鼻骨骨折的整复应根据不同情况作不同处理 。
Objective: In order to study accurate methods of diagnosis and restitution for compound fracture of nasal bone.Methods: 80 cases with compound fracture of nasal were studied.Compound fracture of nasal bone and frontal process of maxilla,compound fracture of nasal bone,nasal septum and perpendicular plate and ethmoid sinuses were seen in 37,35,11 cases respectively.Results.Results: Of treatment was astisfied to 78 cases.Conclusion: X ray and CT scan was necessary for diagnosis of compound fracture of nasal bone.
