摘要
目的 :探讨高分辨率CT和三维重建技术对鼻部外伤的临床应用价值。方法 :对 79例鼻部单纯或复合骨折患者行高分辨率CT检查 ,鼻区靶扫描 ,层厚 1mm ,骨算法重建成像 ,部分行三维重建。结果 :79例病例 ,发现鼻骨和相邻结构骨折 72例 ,双侧鼻骨骨折 2 1例 ,单侧鼻骨骨折 8例 ,鼻骨骨折合并上颌骨额突骨折 2 0例 ,鼻中隔骨折 12例 ,鼻颌缝分离 2例 ,并对 14例普通扫描难于确诊者行三维重建。结论 :高分辨率CT扫描和三维重建技术能细致、清晰地显示鼻部的骨质结构 。
Objective:To study thy clinical value of HRCT and reconstruction technique with injures of the nasal region.Methods:79 cases with injuries of the nasal region shown on HRCT coronary scan were reviewed.HRCT was performed with slice thickness of 1mm and bone algorithm.14 cases shown on reconstruction.Results:In 72 cases of fracture of nasal bone and contiguity,fracture of bilateral nasal bone was found in 21 cases,fracture of the unilateral nasal bone in 8 cases,fracture of the frontal process of maxillary bone in 20 cases,fracture of orbital walls in 9 cases,fracture of nasal septum in 12 cases and nasofrontal suture in 9 cases.Conclusion:HRCT and reconstruction technique could accurately display the bony details in the nasal region including location,extent and secondary changes of complex fractures.
