摘要
目的:研究鼻内窥镜辅助下治疗鼻面部外伤的效果。方法:24例鼻面部复合性外伤患者,在鼻内窥镜辅助下进行相应处理。其中,眶底(内侧壁)爆折10例,筛窦骨折6例,鼻骨合并额窦骨折2例,合并前颅底骨折伴持续性脑脊液鼻漏2例,鼻骨合并鼻中隔骨折2例,鼻骨合并上颌骨骨折2例。结果:24例患者,均获得满意的外观与功能效果。结论:在处理鼻面部复杂性外伤中应用鼻内窥镜可以获得满意疗效。
Objective： To explore the efficacy of endoscopic- assisted treatment for nasal and facial trauma. Methods： Twenty four cases of complex nasal and facial Engnsies were treated under endoscope. Results： The 24 patients had obtained satisfactive results in the appearance and function. Conclusion： Nasal endoscopy would give satisfactray result in the treatment of complex nasal and facial trauma.
