摘要
沪宁线安装了多种行车安全检测、监控设备,该系统以这些基层安全监测设备 系统作为测报点,充分利用铁路通信网既有网络通道和路局、分局、站段办公网,构建沪宁线综合安全监测信息传输网络,将沿线地域上分散的、由各专业部门独立管理的各类安全检测 监控系统与安全监测管理中心联接起来,实现各种安全监控信息的集中管理和广泛共享;以综合利用安全管理中心各种安全数据为目标,开发出具有安全报警预警管理、行车事故管理、专业安全信息查询服务、抢险救援支持、综合分析与决策支持等功能的应用系统,提供电子化安全监控管理信息服务,构筑起集监测、管理和决策为一体的行车安全综合监控管理系统。
Shanghai-Nanjing Line has been equipped with a variety of detection devices and monitoring systems for safeguarding railway traffic safety. Using those grassroot devices and systems as the source of detection data acquisition, this integrated system makes the best of the existing communication networks and OA LANs at different levels to connect various geographically distributed detection devices and monitoring systems that are managed by different professional departments with the train operation safety supervision and management center so that traffic safety information can be managed centrally and shared widely. Aiming at integrating and utilizing various types of traffic safety data converging at the center, a series of applications that provide electronic information service of railway traffic safety supervision and management have being developed. The systems of safety alarming/warning management, traffic accident management, safety information retrieving, rescue work and disaster relief support, synthetic analysis, decisionmaking support, and other functions are bound together to form an integrated railway traffic safety supervision and management system.
