摘要
随着我国铁路建设的快速发展和铁路事故影响的扩大,铁路安全受到了国内乃至国际的高度关注。在分析铁路安全事故特点的基础上,结合风险管理理论,系统地探讨了铁路安全风险管理的基本框架并对铁路系统推行安全风险管理提出了建议。
With the rapid development of Chinese railway construction and the constant happening of railway accidents,railway safety has received high concerns both in China and abroad. Based on the characteristics of railway safety accidents and combined with the risk management theory, this paper systematically analyzes the basic framework of railway safety risk management and puts forward several suggestions on implementing safety risk management.
