摘要
目的:考察吲达帕胺胶囊的稳定性。方法:用紫外分光光度法测定含量,用HPLC法测定有关物质。以C_(18)柱为固定相,以甲醇-水(58:42)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长240nm。结果:本品在高温、高湿、强光照射条件下均较为稳定。结论:所研制的吲达帕胺胶囊的稳定性符合中国药典2000年版二部胶囊剂项下的相关规定。
OBJECTIVE To test the stability of indapanlide capsules. METHODS The content of indapamide capsules was determined by UV, detection wavelength was 242 nm. The other contents was determined by HPLC. Colum C18 was used. The mobile phase was meth anol-water (58;42) at a flow-rate 1. 0 mL·min-1 . Detection wavelength was 240 nm. RESULTS The content and other contents in indapamide capsules we manufactured were very stable when exposured at the condition of high temperature, high humidity and strong light. CONCLUSIONS The stability of indapamide capsules we manufactured are coincidence with the requirement of 2000 pharmacopeia.
