摘要
目的:探索克糖宁口服液的制备工艺及质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱鉴别克糖宁口服液中的主要成分,紫外分光光度法测定枸杞多糖和人参皂苷Rgl的含量。结果:供试品溶液中检出与对照品枸杞多糖,人参皂苷Rgl相一致的斑点。枸杞多糖、人参皂苷Rgl溶液分别在11.00~43.29 mg·L^(-1)和10.00~50.00 mg·L^(-1)之间有良好的线性关系,回收率分别为97.00%,98.13%,RSD分别为1.09%,0.86%。结论:所建方法可用于克糖宁口服液的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To explore the preparatrom of quality of Ketangning oral solution. METHODS Main ingredients of Ke-tangning oral solution were analyzed TLC, and the contents of barbary wolfberry (Lycium Barbarum L. ) polysaccharides and ginsenoside Rgl were determined with UV spectrophotometry. RESULTS Results of the sample agreed well with the characteristics of the control barbary wolfberrv polysaccharides and ginsenoside Rgl, and both contents were linearly related in the range of 11.00 -43.29 mg·L-1 and 10.00-50.00 mg·L-1 with recovery rates of 97.00% and 98. 13% and RSD of 1.09% and 0.86% respectively. CONCLUSIONS This method is applicable in the quality control of the preparation of Ketangning oral solution.
