摘要
采用薄层色谱法对镇心痛口服液中三七、延胡索、冰片、薄荷脑进行定性鉴别；选择比色法，利用紫外分光光度计，以人参皂甙Ｒｇ＿１为对照品，测定口服液中三七皂甙的含量。
The qualitative identification of radix notoginseng,rhizome corydalis,syntheticborneolum and mentholum was determined in Zhenxintong oral liquid by TLC,The content oftotal notoginsenosides in the oral liquid was determined by UV spectrophotometer,where ginsenoside Rg1 was used as the reference substance.
