摘要
目的 :观察葛根素 (Pur)对大鼠、豚鼠离体主动脉、肺动脉血管平滑肌的作用。方法 :动物急性处死后取出主动脉和肺动脉 ,挂于含 10mlKH液并通入混合气体的浴管中 ,然后观察Pur的作用。结果 :Pur本身对血管无明显作用 ;在去甲肾上腺素 (NA)作用下Pur对大鼠主动脉有促进和抑制收缩的双向作用 ,对肺动脉仅有抑制收缩作用 ,对豚鼠血管具有促进收缩作用 ;Pur可抑制不同浓度KCl引起血管的收缩反应 ,同时不同浓度Pur对KCl的抑制作用存在明显的剂量依赖性 ;Pur与心得安、哌唑嗪有类似作用。结论 :Pur对血管无直接作用 ,但可以明显影响NA、KCl的量效曲线 ,推测Pur具有
Objective: Our purpose was to study the effects of Puerarin (Pur) on the smooth muscles of the vessels in rats and guinea pigs. Methods: Animals were killed by a stunning. The coronary and cerebral vessels were excised immediately and placed in cold Krebs Henseleit solution supplemented with mixed gases, and the function of Pur was observed. Results: Both kinds of solutions had no significant influence on the vessels tested.On the noradrenaline (NA) treated preparations, Pur solution showed a facilitated and inhibited action on the aorta arteries and an inhibited action on the pulmonary arteries of rats, and a facilitated action on the large arteries of guinea pigs. The non diluted solution of Pur significantly inhibited the vasoconstriction of KCl on the all tested vessels. And this effect showed a dose dependent relationship. Puerarin may have similar action mechanism as that of propranolol. Conclusion: Puerarin injection can significantly inhibited effect of KCl on vasoconstriction of all the tested preparations in rats, in guinea pigs it only has this effect on the main arteries. Puerarin may have similar action mechanism of propranolol and prazosin.
