摘要
选用44只48周龄新扬州鸡公鸡随机分成4组,每组11只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%,1.0%,1.5%的蜂花粉,作为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组探讨蜂花粉对种公鸡精液品质及内分泌机能的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加1.0%,1.5%的蜂花粉均能显著提高公鸡的精液量、精子活力和精子密度,而对公鸡的精子畸形率和精液的pH值影响不明显;与对照组相比,添加1.5%蜂花粉的试验Ⅲ组的公鸡血浆中三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、皮质醇含量显著降低,甲状腺素(T4)显著升高。上述结果提示:在热应激条件下,日粮中添加一定量的蜂花粉可有效缓解热应激,显著提高夏季种公鸡的繁殖性能并影响其内分泌机能。
The design was used to study the effect of adding pollen in diets on the sperm quality and endocrine capacity of breeder cocks in heat stress.44cocks which are48-week-old were divided randomly into4groups.The control group was fed the basal diet,and the treatment groups were given the diet supplemented with0.5%?1.0%and1.5%pollen respectively.The results showed:the1.0%and1.5%treatment significantly increased the sperm quantity,sperm activity and sperm density,but little effect on the deformity and pH of sperm;Compared with control,1.5%treatment decreased concentrations of triiodothyronine(T 3 )?corticosterioid and increased thyroxine(T 4 )concentration in plasm.The author believed:The diet added with pollen can catabate heat stress and rise significantly the reproductivity and endocrine capacity of breeder cocks in summer.
