摘要 目的 :以大豆异黄酮为阳性对照 ,试验蜂花粉的雌激素样作用。方法 :采用大鼠子宫称重法 ,分别测定试验组和对照组大鼠给药后的子宫重量百分率。结果 :蜂花粉剂量为 0 33g/d时 ,大鼠子宫明显增加 ,表现出显著的雌激素样作用。结论 :4 11g·(d·kg) -1的蜂花粉能够体现雌激素样作用 ,但作用的大小可能和吸收有很大关系。 Objective: To observe the estrogen style function of the Bee Pollen through Bee Pollen and experiment contrast of the Soy Isoflavone in this experiment. Methods: With the classical experiment method the uterus weighed [1] ,and test and contrast groups of SD rats were given the uterus weight,then divided by one's own weights,we got uterus weight percentages. Results: Estrogen style function had been shown for the experiment group of given 333 mg/d. Conclusion: Given 4.11 g·(d·kg) -1 bee pollens shows estrogen style function,but the power of function might have heavily related with absorbtion.
